Strawberry Jelly Cake
Ingredients:
200g wheat flour
150ml cow's milk
100g sugar
100g margarine
1 packet of strawberry gelatin (approximately 25g)
2 eggs
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Blender
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, melt the margarine and set aside.
In a blender, add the eggs, milk, sugar and melted margarine. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the wheat flour and strawberry gelatin to the blender and blend again until all the ingredients are well mixed.
Grease a pan with margarine and sprinkle with wheat flour.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 12 minutes.
Check if it is cooked by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it is ready.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes and unmold.
