Strawberry Jelly Cake



Ingredients:

  • 200g wheat flour

  • 150ml cow's milk

  • 100g sugar

  • 100g margarine

  • 1 packet of strawberry gelatin (approximately 25g)

  • 2 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  • In a bowl, melt the margarine and set aside.

  • In a blender, add the eggs, milk, sugar and melted margarine. Blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Add the wheat flour and strawberry gelatin to the blender and blend again until all the ingredients are well mixed.

  • Grease a pan with margarine and sprinkle with wheat flour.

  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 12 minutes.

  • Check if it is cooked by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it is ready.

  • Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes and unmold.
