Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 50g sugar candy

  • 100g tomato paste

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 3 potatoes

  • 100g brown rice

  • 30g butter

  • 30ml olive oil

  • 1 onion

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

How To Make:

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

  • Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.

  • Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.

  • Chop the tomatoes and add them to the potatoes.

  • Add the tomato paste and stir, cooking for a few more minutes.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the icing sugar to them.

  • Pour the mixture you prepared over the potatoes.

  • Add the butter and cook over low heat.
