Breakfast Potato Omelette
Ingredients:
3 eggs
50g sugar candy
100g tomato paste
2 tomatoes
3 potatoes
100g brown rice
30g butter
30ml olive oil
1 onion

How To Make:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil.
Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the potatoes.
Add the tomato paste and stir, cooking for a few more minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the icing sugar to them.
Pour the mixture you prepared over the potatoes.
Add the butter and cook over low heat.
