 Baked Chicken with Vegetables and Cheese



Ingredients:

  • 500g of chicken

  • 100g of corn

  • 1 avocado

  • 2 carrots

  • 200g of broccoli

  • 150g of asparagus

  • 300g of papaya

  • 50g of Parmesan cheese

  • 100g mozzarella cheese

  • 30g of butter

  • 100ml of milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.

  • Peel and dice the potatoes, cook them in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes.

  • While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken into pieces and season to taste.

  • In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the chicken, cooking until golden brown.

  • Add the carrots, broccoli, and asparagus to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.

  • Add the corn and milk to the chicken and vegetable mixture, cooking for 5 more minutes.

  • Remove the potatoes from the Air Fryer and mix with the chicken and vegetable mixture.

  • Transfer everything to a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.

  • Serve with fresh avocado slices.
