Baked Chicken with Vegetables and Cheese
Ingredients:
500g of chicken
100g of corn
1 avocado
2 carrots
200g of broccoli
150g of asparagus
300g of papaya
50g of Parmesan cheese
100g mozzarella cheese
30g of butter
100ml of milk
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
Peel and dice the potatoes, cook them in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken into pieces and season to taste.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the chicken, cooking until golden brown.
Add the carrots, broccoli, and asparagus to the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the corn and milk to the chicken and vegetable mixture, cooking for 5 more minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the Air Fryer and mix with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
Transfer everything to a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
Serve with fresh avocado slices.
