 Cheesy Veggie Egg Toast



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mixed Veggies (bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder

  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Cheese cube (grated)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the stove top and add vegetable oil to a pan.

  • Add the mixed veggies to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly soft.

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and chilli powder. Mix well.

  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the veggies and cook until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked, about 5 minutes.

  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in another pan until golden brown.

  • Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and let it melt for a minute.

  • Place the cheesy veggie egg mixture on top of the toasted bread slices and serve hot.
