Cheesy Veggie Egg Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup mixed Veggies (bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Cheese cube (grated)

Instructions:
Heat the stove top and add vegetable oil to a pan.
Add the mixed veggies to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly soft.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and chilli powder. Mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the veggies and cook until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in another pan until golden brown.
Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and let it melt for a minute.
Place the cheesy veggie egg mixture on top of the toasted bread slices and serve hot.
