Burger with Pepperjack Cheese
Ingredients:
2 beef patties (6 oz each)
4 slices of bacon
2 slices of pepperjack cheese
2 hamburger buns
1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
1/4 cup of diced onions
1/4 cup of pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Grill or skillet
Spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Instructions:
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
Season the beef patties with salt and pepper.
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepperjack cheese on each patty to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble the burgers by spreading barbecue sauce on the bottom bun, adding the beef patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, diced onions, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
