2 medium Potatoes
2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions:
Peel and dice the 2 medium potatoes into small cubes.
In a skillet on the stove top, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are golden brown and crispy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
