Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread

  • 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar

  • 1 Banana

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Toast the bread slices in the microwave oven for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

  • Slice the banana into thin rounds.

  • In a small pan on the stove top, add the brown sugar and a splash of water to create a syrup.

  • Heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves and starts to bubble, then add the banana slices.

  • Cook the banana slices for about 2-3 minutes until they are caramelized and coated in the syrup.

  • Remove the bread from the microwave and top each slice with the caramelized banana mixture.

  • Serve warm.
