Caramelized Banana Toast
Ingredients:
2 slices of Bread
1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1 Banana
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Stove Top
Instructions:
Toast the bread slices in the microwave oven for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Slice the banana into thin rounds.
In a small pan on the stove top, add the brown sugar and a splash of water to create a syrup.
Heat the mixture until the sugar dissolves and starts to bubble, then add the banana slices.
Cook the banana slices for about 2-3 minutes until they are caramelized and coated in the syrup.
Remove the bread from the microwave and top each slice with the caramelized banana mixture.
Serve warm.
