 Nutella Chocolate Almond Pancakes



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/4 cup Nutella

  • 1/4 cup Condensed Milk

  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 cup Almonds (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Honey

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of Nutella, 1/4 cup of condensed milk, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend until smooth.

  • Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of baking soda to the mixture and blend again until well combined.

  • Stir in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of chopped almonds into the batter.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

  • Pour a ladle of batter into the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more chocolate chips and almonds on top if desired.

  • Drizzle with honey before serving.
