 Cheddar Banana Muffins



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 1 ripe Banana, mashed

  • 1 Egg

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, combine the mashed banana, egg, milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sea salt, and shredded cheddar cheese.

  • Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.

  • Place the muffin cups in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
