Cheddar Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 ripe Banana, mashed
1 Egg

Air Fryer
Blender
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine the mashed banana, egg, milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sea salt, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
Place the muffin cups in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
