 Keto Fruit Oatmeal



Ingredients:

  • 30g of fine rolled oats

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 50g chopped strawberries

  • 50g raspberries

  • 10g chia seeds

  • 10g almond butter

  • 1 teaspoon natural sweetener (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan

  • Wooden spoon

  • Dish

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, add the oats and almond milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.

  • Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the oats absorb the liquid.

  • Remove from heat and add the chia seeds and almond butter, mixing well.

  • Add the strawberries and raspberries on top.

  • If desired, add natural sweetener to taste.

  • Serve hot.
