Keto Fruit Oatmeal
Ingredients:
30g of fine rolled oats
100ml unsweetened almond milk
50g chopped strawberries
50g raspberries
10g chia seeds
10g almond butter
1 teaspoon natural sweetener (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Pan
Wooden spoon
Dish
Instructions:
In a saucepan, add the oats and almond milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the oats absorb the liquid.
Remove from heat and add the chia seeds and almond butter, mixing well.
Add the strawberries and raspberries on top.
If desired, add natural sweetener to taste.
Serve hot.
