 Chocolate Chip Vanilla Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup of sugar. Blend until well mixed.

  • Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and blend again until combined.

  • Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips using a spatula.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
