Sautéed Lobster Mushrooms with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients:
200g lobster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Juice of half a lemon

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the sliced lobster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.
Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley, and stir well to combine.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mushrooms and give it a final stir.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
