 Sautéed Lobster Mushrooms with Garlic and Herbs



Ingredients:

  • 200g lobster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Juice of half a lemon

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add the sliced lobster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, thyme, and parsley, and stir well to combine.

  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mushrooms and give it a final stir.

  • Remove from heat and serve warm.
