Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Potatoes

  • 1 cup Cabbage, chopped

  • 1 large Carrot, grated

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.

  • In a pressure cooker, add the chopped potatoes, chopped cabbage, and grated carrot with a pinch of salt and enough water to cover the vegetables.

  • Cook under pressure for about 5 minutes, then release the pressure and drain any excess water.

  • Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender, add olive oil, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.

  • Serve warm as a healthy snack.
