Creamy Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti
Ingredients:
200g spaghetti
100ml heavy whipping cream
50g parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
100g shredded cheese

Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the heavy whipping cream to the pan and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the cream sauce. Toss to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce.
Add the shredded cheese to the spaghetti and mix until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
