  Creamy Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti



Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti

  • 100ml heavy whipping cream

  • 50g parmesan cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 100g shredded cheese

Instructions:

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

  • While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add the heavy whipping cream to the pan and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the cream sauce. Toss to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce.

  • Add the shredded cheese to the spaghetti and mix until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
