200g Chicken Breast
200g Salmon
150g Pork Chop
100g Green Peas
300g Russet Potatoes
200g Broccoli
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
50g Butter
100ml Milk
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
1. Start by peeling and chopping the Russet potatoes into cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
2. While the potatoes are boiling, season the Sirloin steak, Chicken breast, and Pork chop with salt and ground black pepper.
3. In a large skillet, melt 25g of butter over medium heat. Add the Sirloin steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest.
4. In the same skillet, add the Chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.
5. Next, add the Pork chop to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let it rest.
6. In the same skillet, add the Salmon fillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and let it rest.
7. In a separate pot, steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the green peas in the last minute of steaming.
8. Drain the boiled potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the remaining butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
9. Serve the mixed proteins alongside the mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
