  • 200g Sirloin Steak

  • 200g Chicken Breast

  • 200g Salmon

  • 150g Pork Chop

  • 100g Green Peas

  • 300g Russet Potatoes

  • 200g Broccoli

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 50g Butter

  • 100ml Milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • 1. Start by peeling and chopping the Russet potatoes into cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.

  • 2. While the potatoes are boiling, season the Sirloin steak, Chicken breast, and Pork chop with salt and ground black pepper.

  • 3. In a large skillet, melt 25g of butter over medium heat. Add the Sirloin steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove and let it rest.

  • 4. In the same skillet, add the Chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.

  • 5. Next, add the Pork chop to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and let it rest.

  • 6. In the same skillet, add the Salmon fillet and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and let it rest.

  • 7. In a separate pot, steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the green peas in the last minute of steaming.

  • 8. Drain the boiled potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the remaining butter and milk, then mash until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

  • 9. Serve the mixed proteins alongside the mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
