Fruit Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
200g fresh strawberries
200ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:
Cut the bananas into slices and place them in a container.
Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and cut them in half.
Add the bananas and strawberries to the blender.
Add coconut milk, honey and lemon juice to the blender.
Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a container and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Remove from freezer and stir well to break up ice crystals.
Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes before serving.
