 Fruit Ice Cream



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 200g fresh strawberries

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Freezing container

  • To harvest

Instructions:

  • Cut the bananas into slices and place them in a container.

  • Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and cut them in half.

  • Add the bananas and strawberries to the blender.

  • Add coconut milk, honey and lemon juice to the blender.

  • Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Pour the mixture into a container and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.

  • Remove from freezer and stir well to break up ice crystals.

  • Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes before serving.
