 Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables




Ingredients:

  • 150g chicken breast

  • 100g de courgettes

  • 100g of red peppers

  • 50g of onions

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (about 15g)

  • 1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Grill

  • Hob

  • Was

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  • Season the chicken breast with herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.

  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

  • Meanwhile, cut the zucchini, peppers and onions into pieces.

  • In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  • Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

  • Serve the grilled chicken with the roasted vegetables.
