Grilled chicken with roasted vegetables
Ingredients:
150g chicken breast
100g de courgettes
100g of red peppers
50g of onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil (about 15g)
1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Grill
Hob
Was
Knife

Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Season the chicken breast with herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Meanwhile, cut the zucchini, peppers and onions into pieces.
In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Serve the grilled chicken with the roasted vegetables.
