Passion Fruit Mousse

 Passion Fruit Mousse with Gelatin



Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395g)

  • 1 can of cream (300g)

  • 1 cup passion fruit mousse (250g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

  • Bowl

  • To harvest

  • Individual cups or molds

  • Pan for dissolving gelatin

Instructions:

  • Separate the whites from the yolks of the 4 eggs and beat the whites until stiff.

  • In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the condensed milk and cream until you obtain a smooth cream.

  • Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 5 tablespoons of hot water and mix into the cream.

  • Add the passion fruit mousse to the cream and mix well.

  • Finally, gently fold in the egg whites, so as not to lose their lightness.

  • Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

  • Serve chilled.
