Passion Fruit Mousse with Gelatin
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12g)
1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 can of cream (300g)
1 cup passion fruit mousse (250g)

Pan for dissolving gelatin
Instructions:
Separate the whites from the yolks of the 4 eggs and beat the whites until stiff.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the condensed milk and cream until you obtain a smooth cream.
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 5 tablespoons of hot water and mix into the cream.
Add the passion fruit mousse to the cream and mix well.
Finally, gently fold in the egg whites, so as not to lose their lightness.
Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serve chilled.
