 Refreshing Morning Juice



Ingredients:

  • 2 medium oranges, juiced

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped

  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves, washed

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 cup cold water

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Juicer

  • Blender

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring cup

Instructions:

  • Juice the oranges using a juicer or by hand.

  • In a blender, combine the orange juice, chopped apple, spinach leaves, honey, and cold water.

  • Blend until smooth and well combined.

  • If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled drink.

  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
