Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken tenders

  • 200g plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Baking tray

  • Parchment paper

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt to create the marinade.

  • Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken tenders on it.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with your choice of side.
