Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
500g chicken tenders
200g plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tandoori masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Baking tray
Parchment paper
Oven
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt to create the marinade.
Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken tenders on it.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with your choice of side.
