Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked beef strips

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens

  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

  • Salt to taste

  • Whisk

  • Salad serving bowl

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, red bell pepper, and cilantro.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, olive oil, chili flakes, and salt to create the dressing.

  • Add the cooked beef strips to the salad mixture.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.

  • Serve immediately.
