Apple Peel Chips
Ingredients:
2 large apples, peeled and cored
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C).
After peeling the apples, cut the peels into thin strips.
In a bowl, toss the apple peels with olive oil, cinnamon, sugar (if using), and salt until evenly coated.
Spread the apple peels in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the peels are crispy, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
