Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples, peeled and cored

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C).

  • After peeling the apples, cut the peels into thin strips.

  • In a bowl, toss the apple peels with olive oil, cinnamon, sugar (if using), and salt until evenly coated.

  • Spread the apple peels in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the peels are crispy, flipping halfway through.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
