Cucumber Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 medium lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
4 cups cold water
1/2 teaspoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)
Ice cubes for serving
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Fine mesh sieve
Pitcher
Measuring cups
Spoon
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and 2 cups of cold water.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.
If desired, add chopped mint leaves for extra flavor.
Serve over ice cubes and enjoy your refreshing cucumber lemonade.
