 Cucumber Lemonade 





Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • 2 medium lemons, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

  • Ice cubes for serving

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Fine mesh sieve

  • Pitcher

  • Measuring cups

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and 2 cups of cold water.

  • Blend until smooth and well combined.

  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.

  • Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.

  • If desired, add chopped mint leaves for extra flavor.

  • Serve over ice cubes and enjoy your refreshing cucumber lemonade.
