Cheesy Apple Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
200g Cottage Cheese
100g Cheddar Cheese, grated
100g Cream Cheese
50g Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
100ml Milk
30g Butter
200g Bread, cubed
150g Pasta, cooked
1 Apple, sliced

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, eggs, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Add the cooked pasta and cubed bread to the cheese mixture and stir well to combine.
Fold in the sliced apples and half of the grated cheddar cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Dot the top with butter and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
