 Cheesy Apple Pasta Bake



Ingredients:

  • 200g Cottage Cheese

  • 100g Cheddar Cheese, grated

  • 100g Cream Cheese

  • 50g Chocolate Chips

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100ml Milk

  • 30g Butter

  • 200g Bread, cubed

  • 150g Pasta, cooked

  • 1 Apple, sliced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, eggs, and milk. Mix until smooth.

  • Add the cooked pasta and cubed bread to the cheese mixture and stir well to combine.

  • Fold in the sliced apples and half of the grated cheddar cheese.

  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

  • Dot the top with butter and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the dish.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
