Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

  • Add diced bell peppers and sauté for 1 minute.

  • Stir in the cauliflower rice and green peas, cooking for another 2 minutes.

  • Add turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt, mixing well.

  • Pour in the coconut milk and cook for an additional minute until heated through.

  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
