 Chocolate Biscuit Ice Cream



Ingredients:

  • 200g Chocolate

  • 100g Condensed Milk

  • 150g Cream-biscuit

  • 200g Ice-cream

  • 100ml Milk

  • 50g Sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Add the condensed milk and sugar to the bowl with the chocolate.

  • Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, then stir well. Repeat until the chocolate is fully melted and combined with the milk and sugar.

  • In a separate bowl, crush the cream-biscuit into fine crumbs.

  • In a serving glass, layer the crushed cream-biscuit at the bottom, followed by a layer of the chocolate mixture, then a scoop of ice-cream.

  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of ice-cream on top.

  • Drizzle any remaining chocolate mixture over the top and serve immediately.
