Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (about 100g)

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

  • Add the cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), egg, baking powder, and salt to the mug. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  • Microwave the mug on high for 1-2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. The cake should rise and be set in the middle.
