Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (about 100g)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a microwave-safe mug, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Add the cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), egg, baking powder, and salt to the mug. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Microwave the mug on high for 1-2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. The cake should rise and be set in the middle.
Let it cool for a minute before enjoying your sweet treat directly from the mug.
