Dairy-Free Avocado Toast with Egg
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain bread (40g carbs)
1 medium avocado (15g fats)
2 large eggs (12g proteins, 10g fats)
1 tablespoon olive oil (14g fats)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions:
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or scrambled).
In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
Top each slice with a cooked egg.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired and serve immediately.
