Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread (40g carbs)

  • 1 medium avocado (15g fats)

  • 2 large eggs (12g proteins, 10g fats)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (14g fats)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Toaster

  • Frying pan

Instructions:

  • Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.

  • While the bread is toasting, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
