 Fresh Fruit Salad



Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized apple (approximately 150g)

  • 1 medium pear (approximately 150g)

  • 1 medium banana (approximately 100g)

  • 100g strawberries

  • 50g blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (approximately 15ml)

  • 1 teaspoon honey (approximately 7g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Chopping board

  • Case

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Chop the apple, pear and banana into small cubes.

  • Wash the strawberries and blueberries and slice the strawberries.

  • Place all the fruits in a large bowl.

  • Add lemon juice and honey.

  • Gently stir the fruit and serve.
