Raspberry Jam Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Raspberry jam
3 Eggs
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 1/4 cup of olive oil until well blended.
Add the egg mixture to the flour and sugar mixture, stirring until combined.
Fold in 1/2 cup of raspberry jam until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
