Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Raspberry jam

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 1/4 cup of olive oil until well blended.

  • Add the egg mixture to the flour and sugar mixture, stirring until combined.

  • Fold in 1/2 cup of raspberry jam until evenly distributed.

  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
