Vegetable stew
Ingredients:
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cucumber
1 carrot
2 potatoes

Instructions:
Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, add them to the onion and garlic, fry for 5-7 minutes.
Slice the cucumber and add it to the pan, mix all the ingredients.
Add a little water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
