Ingredients:

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 potatoes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Chop the onion and garlic into small cubes.

  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.

  • Cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, add them to the onion and garlic, fry for 5-7 minutes.

  • Slice the cucumber and add it to the pan, mix all the ingredients.

  • Add a little water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
