Almond Butter Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowl
Spoon
Baking sheet
Parchment paper
Refrigerator
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, rolled oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
If using, fold in dark chocolate chips.
Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
