Cheesy Chicken Macaroni Bake
Ingredients:
200g Chicken breast, diced
100g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
100g Cheddar Cheese, shredded
50g Cottage Cheese
200ml Almond Milk
200g Macaroni
100ml Milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a blender, combine the cooked macaroni, diced chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, almond milk, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with additional shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
