 Cheesy Chicken Macaroni Bake



Ingredients:

  • 200g Chicken breast, diced

  • 100g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  • 100g Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • 50g Cottage Cheese

  • 200ml Almond Milk

  • 200g Macaroni

  • 100ml Milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  • In a blender, combine the cooked macaroni, diced chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, almond milk, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

  • Top with additional shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese if desired.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
