Tea for Weight Loss
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of green tea leaves
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Saucepan
Strainer
Cup
Spoon
Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
Once the water is boiling, add the green tea leaves and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup.
Add fresh lemon juice, honey, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder to the tea.
Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
Serve hot and enjoy your skinny tea.
