 Tea for Weight Loss



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water

  • 1 tablespoon of green tea leaves

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Saucepan

  • Strainer

  • Cup

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

  • Once the water is boiling, add the green tea leaves and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.

  • Strain the tea into a cup.

  • Add fresh lemon juice, honey, ginger powder, and cinnamon powder to the tea.

  • Stir well until all ingredients are combined.

  • Serve hot and enjoy your skinny tea.
