Fruity Drink
Ingredients:
1 cup chamomile tea (brewed and cooled)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 banana (sliced)
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice cubes
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Measuring cups
Glass
Instructions:
Brew chamomile tea and let it cool.
In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, pineapple juice, sliced banana, blueberries, and honey if desired.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass over ice cubes and enjoy before bedtime.
