Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chamomile tea (brewed and cooled)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1/2 banana (sliced)

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Measuring cups

  • Glass

Instructions:

  • Brew chamomile tea and let it cool.

  • In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, pineapple juice, sliced banana, blueberries, and honey if desired.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour into a glass over ice cubes and enjoy before bedtime.
