Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownie Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
8 oz Cream Cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 8 oz of cream cheese, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, blending until well combined.
Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the batter.
Spoon the batter into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
