 Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownie Bites



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 8 oz of cream cheese, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, blending until well combined.

  • Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the batter.

  • Spoon the batter into a greased mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
