Potato Mash
Ingredients:
1 medium potato (about 150g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Pot
Colander
Masher
Knife
Cutting Board
Instructions:
Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.
Boil the potato cubes in a pot of water for about 3 minutes until tender.
Drain the water and return the potato to the pot.
Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to the potato and mash until smooth.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
