Classic Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, cooking for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce, mixing well to coat all the pasta.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
