 Chocolate Chip Muffins



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)

  • 2 Eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and milk. Blend until smooth.

  • In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder together.

  • Pour the wet ingredients from the blender into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently.

  • Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.

  • Place the muffin cups in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
