Ingredients:

  • 200g Oreo biscuits

  • 1 tsp Eno powder

  • 500ml Milk

  • 100g Chocolates

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Crush the Oreo biscuits into fine crumbs and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.

  • Add the crushed Oreo biscuits to the warm milk and stir well until combined.

  • Melt the chocolates in a separate bowl using the stove top, stirring continuously until smooth.

  • Add the melted chocolate to the Oreo mixture and mix until well combined.

  • Sprinkle the Eno powder over the mixture and stir quickly to incorporate.

  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.

  • Place the baking dish on the stove top and cover it with a lid.

  • Cook on low heat for about 30-35 minutes until set.

  • Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
