Oreo Chocolate
Ingredients:
200g Oreo biscuits
1 tsp Eno powder
500ml Milk
100g Chocolates

Instructions:
Crush the Oreo biscuits into fine crumbs and place them in a mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.
Add the crushed Oreo biscuits to the warm milk and stir well until combined.
Melt the chocolates in a separate bowl using the stove top, stirring continuously until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate to the Oreo mixture and mix until well combined.
Sprinkle the Eno powder over the mixture and stir quickly to incorporate.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
Place the baking dish on the stove top and cover it with a lid.
Cook on low heat for about 30-35 minutes until set.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
