Mediterranean Chicken and Vegetable Bake
Ingredients:
500g Organic Chicken
200g Cherry Tomatoes
2 Drumsticks
1 Onion, chopped
150g Mushrooms, sliced
100g Lettuce, shredded
1 Carrot, grated
1 Bell Pepper, diced
2 Potatoes, cubed
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp White Pepper
2 Eggs
100g Flour
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cherry tomatoes, drumsticks, onion, mushrooms, lettuce, carrot, bell pepper, potatoes, and garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and white pepper. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, and honey until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
