Avocado Toast with Seeds
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of olive oil (optional)

Instructions:
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
Sprinkle chia seeds and sunflower seeds on top of the avocado spread.
Drizzle with olive oil if desired, and serve immediately.
