 Avocado Toast with Seeds



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Toaster

  • Bowl

  • Fork

  • Knife

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.

  • While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

  • Mash the avocado with a fork until creamy, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.

  • Sprinkle chia seeds and sunflower seeds on top of the avocado spread.

  • Drizzle with olive oil if desired, and serve immediately.
