Ingredients:

  • 10 Oreo cookies

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 100g Chocolate (dark or milk)

  • 50g Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tablespoon Coffee (instant)

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a blender.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs, milk, and sugar. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until warm, then stir until the sugar dissolves.

  • Add the chocolate and instant coffee to the warm mixture. Microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

  • Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then blend it until creamy and fluffy.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently into the mousse mixture.

  • Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving.
