Oreo Chocolate Coffee Mousse
Ingredients:
10 Oreo cookies
1 cup Milk
100g Chocolate (dark or milk)
50g Chocolate Chips
1 tablespoon Coffee (instant)
2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions:
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a blender.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs, milk, and sugar. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until warm, then stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the chocolate and instant coffee to the warm mixture. Microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then blend it until creamy and fluffy.
Fold in the chocolate chips gently into the mousse mixture.
Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving.
