Ingredients:
100g Butter
150g Chocolate
100g Chocolate Chips
50ml Milk
50g Cornflour
100g Brown Sugar

Microwave Oven
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 100g of Butter and 150g of Chocolate together in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with 100g of Brown Sugar and 50ml of Milk. Mix well until combined.
Add 50g of Cornflour and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in 100g of Chocolate Chips into the dough.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
