Ingredients:

  • 100g Butter

  • 150g Chocolate

  • 100g Chocolate Chips

  • 50ml Milk

  • 50g Cornflour

  • 100g Brown Sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the 100g of Butter and 150g of Chocolate together in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate mixture with 100g of Brown Sugar and 50ml of Milk. Mix well until combined.

  • Add 50g of Cornflour and mix until a dough forms.

  • Fold in 100g of Chocolate Chips into the dough.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
