Turkey and Emmental Cheese Gratin Sandwich
Ingredients:
4 slices of sandwich bread
150g de dinde (Turkey)
100g of crème fraîche
100g of Emmental
2 eggs
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the beaten eggs, then add a pinch of salt and pepper.
On a slice of sandwich bread, spread a layer of cream and egg mixture.
Add turkey slices on top of the mixture.
Add another slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
Repeat for the remaining slices of bread and turkey.
Place the sandwiches in a baking dish and cover them with grated Emmental cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
