 Turkey and Emmental Cheese Gratin Sandwich


Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of sandwich bread

  • 150g de dinde (Turkey)

  • 100g of crème fraîche

  • 100g of Emmental

  • 2 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the beaten eggs, then add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • On a slice of sandwich bread, spread a layer of cream and egg mixture.

  • Add turkey slices on top of the mixture.

  • Add another slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.

  • Repeat for the remaining slices of bread and turkey.

  • Place the sandwiches in a baking dish and cover them with grated Emmental cheese.

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
