Chocolate Lemon Cheesecake
Ingredients:
200g biscuits (crushed)
100g fresh cream
100ml milk
50g sugar
200g condensed milk
1 lemon (juiced and zested)
50g chocolate bar (melted)

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted chocolate until well combined.
Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form the base.
In another bowl, whisk together the fresh cream, milk, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
