 Chocolate Lemon Cheesecake


Ingredients:

  • 200g biscuits (crushed)

  • 100g fresh cream

  • 100ml milk

  • 50g sugar

  • 200g condensed milk

  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)

  • 50g chocolate bar (melted)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Serving dish

  • Refrigerator

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted chocolate until well combined.

  • Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form the base.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the fresh cream, milk, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.

  • Pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
