 Cheesy Chicken and Potato Bake



Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken breasts (about 500g)

  • 3 medium Potatoes (about 600g)

  • 150g Cheddar Cheese, grated

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

  • In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

  • In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes at the bottom.

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.

  • Layer the remaining potatoes over the chicken.

  • Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly on top of the potatoes.

  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
