Cheesy Chicken and Potato Bake
Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts (about 500g)
3 medium Potatoes (about 600g)
150g Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes at the bottom.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
Layer the remaining potatoes over the chicken.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly on top of the potatoes.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
