 Chocolate Almond Flour Cake



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour

  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder

  • 0.5 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Food Processor

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  • In a food processor, mix whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

  • Gradually add the wet ingredients from the blender to the dry ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until just combined.

  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
