Chocolate Almond Flour Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
0.5 cup cocoa powder
0.5 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
In a food processor, mix whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients from the blender to the dry ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
