Garlic Butter Air-Fried Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 500g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt

- Air Fryer
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the potato cubes with 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the potatoes are cooking, melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small pan and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the garlic butter mixture before serving.
