Garlic Butter Air-Fried Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 500g Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix the potato cubes with 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of salt until well coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  • Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small pan and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  • Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the garlic butter mixture before serving.
