Instant Coffee Cappuccino
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of instant coffee (about 10g)
200 ml of hot water
100 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar (about 12g)
Cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Whisk or milk frother
Instructions:
In a cup, add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee.
Pour 200 ml of hot water over the instant coffee and stir well until dissolved.
In a small saucepan, heat 100 ml of milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Use a whisk or milk frother to froth the milk.
Pour the instant coffee into a large mug, then add the frothed milk on top.
Sweeten with 1 tablespoon of sugar to taste.
Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top for garnish if desired.
